We would like to accomodate these needs as much as possible. Due to the rising costs of UPS and Fed Ex shipping, and the costs associated with obtaining sample products, we must now charge for samples. We will go over the request and let you know which products are available for samples, and the cost of the sample pack of supplies for hotels you ordered. Please note. Sample requests for items take approximately 2 weeks to process as we may need to order soap, shampoo and other amenities samples from the hospitality manufacturer or towels, washcloths, pillowcases and other linens from the mills. No sample orders for Hotel Supply items will be processed without the fax form above being submitted with valid credit card information.
